Figure Legend Snippet: Overview of LMNOP-bot. Nitrogen tank supplies pressure to four pressure regulators, which recieve the set pressure, P s (t), from a microcontroller, and return the measured pressure, P m (t). Pressures P 1:4, m enter component reservoirs C 1:4 . Tubing leaving the reservoirs contributes resistances R 1:4,a , while microfluidic channels in a PDMS chip contribute further resistances R 1:4,b , and the exit channel and outlet needle contribute shared resistance R 5 . The chip is sandwiched between two layers of a simple chip holder which screws into an acrylic top plate. The microcontroller actuates motion in X, Y, and Z directions in order to collect product from the chip into a well plate.

Figure Legend Snippet: Control of synchronized motion and pressure. Arduino code is used to set the collection plate layout in terms of rows, columns, and spacing, the number of component inputs, the timing and tolerance preferences, and the desired pressure combinations. Once started, the Arduino controls both stepper motors and pressure regulators in order to generate and collect the desired formulations.
